OMG was this really me only a couple months ago?

Hi all Ive been visiting the forums for awhile now but here is my first post.

Ive been playing online poker for about a month now and lost 50 bucks right away playing .25-.50 limit ring games on UB and pokerroom. At first, I thought I was just an idiot, but later on, I learned about variance, loose players sucking out on me and getting the lucky draws, but later on after that i found out I was just being an idiot and playing way too many hole cards, not respecting bets (seems like everyone at my level plays straight up), and not attempting to push people out when I had improving hands...

After that I went on a winning streak and almost tripled up my last 25 bucks playing .25-.50 on UB. Later on I went on tilt and washed that whole things right down the toilet. My winning streak actually hit while playing 6 handed games because I liked seeing more action and not having 10 people call me to the river. I played tight/agg during this time, pushing people around, folding to save losses et

I look back just a month ago and I cannot believe I gave myself that much money to play with. I feel like I gave it to a child. Hopefully, in another month I will look back and think the same thing about myself today

Hi everyone,
I have been playing for a couple months now and within the past week I dropped $100 on to partypoker. As of today, it is all gone (including the bonus).

I know I am still a beginner, but I can't afford to get better at poker at this rate. I have a good set of starting hands (I consider myself I tight player) and I think I know when it is best to flop. I don't have any specific examples, the only thing I have to show for efforts is -$100 on my bank account.

I am hesitant about putting more money into if I am just going to lose it again, but I really like the game and want to keep playing. Was there any one thing that got you over the hump (so to speak) of losing? What's some good advice I could follow?

Hi guys, I've been playing poker for just a couple months now, and I have lost over $8000. Can you guys tell me if this was a good call or not: Blinds are $2-$4. I am UTG and MP3 goes all-in for $162. MP4 calls and button raises to $300. I have J6, so I don't know if I should call, but they are suited! So, I called, and I lost my stack. Was this a bad call or a bad beat? Thanks!

I dont think I ever had a "Hi my name is boost and Im a pokeraholic" post. However here is an early post of mine (it had some HH's with it where I got shitted on)

I just dont understand how I constantly run into this crap. Time and time again. I understand cards get cracked, but I swear I never slow play anyone, People always hit the nuts on the turn when I try and slow play off the flop. I think Ive slow played pocket rockets once succesfully.

Am I just unlucky or is there an obvious flaw in my play on these two hands

Earlier tonight I had a hand that I'm totally not sure I played right: I was in late position with AhAc. Someone else raised preflop and I reraised to 4xBB. The raiser and one other player called. The flop came QsQd9s. Caller raised min and raiser reraised to 4xBB. What should my play here have been? I put one of the two of them on a Q.

Will post actual results after a few responses.

Dang, I'm scared to look at my early posts, so I'll paraphrase. The first 20 or so were like this:
