    I made a retard bet and put $100 on Reese, just because I was horny and like Walk the Line. I hope I don't regret that. I think she will win, but looking back I put no thought or research into that bet. I have good luck betting on stupid shit lately though. I won $600 last week betting on the last 2 digits of the Dow.

    hoffman (this is the lock of the century in my mind, although who knows)
    giamatti (maybe hurt would be good here too)
    knightley (she's the only one i saw in any of thsoe movies)
    adams (probably keener though, but i liked adams' role in this movie)
    miller (this should be clear cut, but crash will probably win)
    capote

    i can't believe the nominations for best flick...crash and munich were good, but not best picture spectacular. capote's the best of the bunch, but even that isn't fantastic. i havent seen the others though.
