Isn't ~3 points given to the home team? So we could assume at a neutral facility OSU is -4, and at Michigan they would be -1?

-7 (the spread) is the important part. I means if Ohio State wins by 7 then the game is a push. Pretty standard.

the -110, -105, etc is the juice. It's saying you have to bet $110, $105, etc to win $100. If it was +105 that means if you bet $100 you win $105.

So at bodog you pay $5 juice, but at pinnacle paying $12 for -6.5 means your bet wins if Ohio State wins by 7 (you could probably buy that 1/2 a point at bodog for less than $7).
