    Default PC Network Problem

Ok I have 3 computers in a home wireless network set up for file and internet sharing - we will call them A, B, and C. Hopefully this isn't too confusing...

Computers A and B can access each other and they can both access C. Computer C can access A, but it can't access B. When I double-click on B (from computer C) under network drives in the my computer window a dialog box pops up (titled Windows XP Setup) that says, "Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components." I click OK and the box goes away. I have no idea how to fix it.

I tried with all firewalls turned off, and it didn't help.

Another thing that isn't hurting anything but I'd like to know why it's happening: Computer A shows up on computer B with the wrong name. It works fine but shows a different name only on computer B. Wtf?

Sounds like something screwed up in the file and print sharing on computer B. Uninstall the file and print sharing and reboot. Then install it again and reboot computers A and C.

    I am assuming that:
    A) you have all 3 machines on the same workgroup
    B) have had some hand in setting up this network in the first place
