Usually one anti-spyware program isn't enough. Try running 2 or 3. I had a problem with spyware once, and it took me 3 shots with 3 different programs before I was clean.

I used Ad-Aware, Spyware Doctor, and Spybot - Search and Destroy. I went to download.com to find them... they were all free.
