My roomate in vegas did this off and on for 3 months and could never get it to stick. He would get into this mode where he would be so damn tired he would fall asleep random places and just wake up a long ass time later. That screws up the whole thing when u do that. I would occassionally walk into his room to ask him something and he would be totally out of it in his computer chair and Id wake him up since I knew it was accidental sleep and he would be like ultra groggy slurring words asking what time it was and shit.
The problem is I think it takes a significant amount of time to get ur body used to it and can be broken very easily if you have to take a long ass drive or do something all day where u cant get your nap in. And its just as hard to start it the second time. At least thats how it was for him and I think he did it about 3 different times
