the best part about this clip, is that I actually remember that stupid movie and watching it numerous times on HBO. It was about breakdancing and making money to build some stupid like boys and girls club and there was an "evil" landlord type guy who was trying to stop them. Didn't know he was an extra in that Venice scene tho.
I do remember Ice-T was in it and that it had an even stupider sequel which had something like "Electric Bugaboo" in the title.
