    Default Rinzen's Intro

    Hi all,
    Well I started playing online poker approximately six months ago. I started out on Full Tilt and then started playing on Pokerstars. Recently started playing at Absolute Poker.
    Overall I haven't had much success, yesterday was my biggest win (5th /322 players - 4 player $4+.40) and I won $45.

    Decided to join the site and learn better techniques. Plus, I really enjoy reading everyone else's success stories :P

    Well, had some minor success last night, finished second in a $1+.10 45 player SnG on Absolute and won $11.

    But there are tons, in their own niches. When I used to post on a forum for Legend of the Seeker (series is long since cancelled) it was pretty annoying actually how almost every thread would turn into a discussion about guy X being so hot, and about the hair and clothes of the various characters..

    Came 2nd again yesterday in a $5+$0.50 Razz Limit tourney... except there were only 20 players. Busted out in the end because I was happy with the $30 winnings, the guy ended up with 21k in chips to my 7k and it just kept going back and forth... The top prize was $50, next time it's mine

    Well, I'm back on PokerStars with a fresh new account. Looking to build up some decent stats... My previous account was fairly donkalicious, hence, I want a new "serious" account.

    I have also started some excel spreadsheets, a workbook per table, then a sheet per month. I'm noting down each session/game, buy-in, winnings, net loss/gain, balance, plus the stats for each game/session and notes such as who busted me and why. Might seem like a lot of unnecessary information to many of the more experienced players but at this stage I want to make as many cut backs on stupid behaviour as possible.

    I've noticed that probably 80% of busts are just due to the other guy having a better hand in the flop, going all-in with KK vs AQ and being busted by AA, or a straight being busted in the flop by an unlucky flush. I can already feel my game improving somewhat...

    I'm going to start a blog in the blog area so I can start setting some goals. Atleast then I have somewhere to brag or bitch :P

    you're not allowed to have more than one account. Its against the terms and conditions and they can close your account and confiscate your money.

    You'd be better to email support now and say you didn;t realise that you couldn't open a new account , say you are sorry and ask them to transfer your money to your original account than grow your account with winnings and then have them confiscated.

    Hahaha! Well, I got it sorted, they closed the second account and reminded me to read their T&C :P The account they closed only had $0.08 on it so that wasn't too bad. I don't think it'd have made you rich anyway :P
