edit: if there is not enough space in your nexus to do that, you can play the movie directly from a usb stick plugged in your Nexus via a USB-on-the-go cable, but I think you may have to be rooted to do that. 
			
		 
	 
 hmm, didn't know you could do that.  I alreay use MX player, so i'll try it out.  i dont have much media on there, so storage isn't really an issue.
