    in live RPS vs a female or smaller male, I tend to open the first round with a fairly aggressive stance and then throw scissors. People tend to open with the defensive paper and the occasional scissors but rarely, if ever rock

    assumptions: I'm a fairly large guy, the other player isn't, and I'm the only one who considers the subconcious reasoning behind why someone would be more likely to make a particular throw even if they are truly thinking it is random.

    Columbus opens rock 75% and paper 20%, maybe that's just a geographical anomaly.

    But I lost the first round paper vs scissors, so maybe the computer was reading my weak soul...

    It's pretty lame to see its thought process. It just compiles all previous games and uses the last 5 rounds sequence to predict your next move. You just have to be unlike the average. Though, maybe that's the name of the game anyway, I've never tried to ruin the fun of Rock Paper Scissors by actually learning it.

    It's kind of like a program designed to beat the guy who tries to judge red/black on the roulette wheel off the last 15 spins.
