Theme Park was a classic. More cartoonish and not as customizable compared to Roller Coaster Tycoon though from what I remember.

Theme Hospital was also pretty sweet back in the day.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

both of those games were epic, as was theme park, theme hospital and many more of those games

I was a sim junkie. RCT was one of the less impressive games IMO. Pretty, kinda fun to make coasters, but overall didn't like the strategy part.

Canada; the country all tucked away down there...
I did, but I wasnt serious about it, I always just tried to get people to puke on the sidewalk after a crazy ride

I liked removing parts of the rollercoaster and having people fly off into the woods x_x

OMG, it almost was a palindrome.
That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

Just seemed like designing the coaster was the innovative part, but really it didn't matter what you did.

As far as creating a park that was profitable it was really easy.

I donno, it just felt gimmicky. But I'm done shitting on it if everyone else enjoys it.

I enlighten myself with urban dictionary phrases and slang, so that i may better enjoy myself by finding phrases for your every day nouns and adjectives and events, As well as some phrases in which i find unusable.

I wasn't so much interested in why it sucked, but what contributions you have to a list of rocking sims games. I'm interested in the mind of swiggiggigigigiggididdiydydydyy...

Yeah there wasn't really much skill involved when it comes to beating any of the scenarios. It was pretty cool though, you could design some pretty sick roller coasters.

yes, i still have the disk in my windows 98 in fact.

anyone remember this one? Was more of an rts for sure, but it was made by bullfrog, and was pretty unique with the maps being actual spheres and whatnot.

    Simcity 4
    Simant
    The Sims

played some others, but nothing else jumps out. Maybe I was just really addicted to simcity

God I loved SimAnt. Was kinda nasty when you sent 5-6 soldier ants at a spider though, it's got the worst death animation ever. Haunted my dreams back when I was 8-9 years old...

    RCT was/is a great game.

What I remember most was the little kid in the background always saying "Tora Tora Tora"

    Never understood that

    +1

I loved this game. I imagine it would get boring after playing it for too long given the structure of the game, but I think I managed to spend just enough time on it to still want to go back and play again sometime.
