Default Rounders has a serious math error at the end of the movie

Watch it again. He starts with 10k. Doubles. Has 20k now - He plays KGB heads up again for another 20k. Wins. So now he has 40k and leaves and it says he has just over 60k. Do you concur?

Vote if you think its wrong or not. Obviously I know he could play in side games and other crap but my brother mentioned to me and I never paid close enough attention before but I agree with him and think they just did the math wrong or didnt care or think about it or whatever the hell i dont know but they messed up.

Yah, i noticed this the first time I watched the movie. Fussed over it for a little bit and shrugged it off.

aye, i couldn't figure out where it all came from either.. just gave up.

Only thing i could figure out is that when they sit back down to play for the $20,000 that Mike just won he says to Teddy "Feel free to re-load at any time" So im figuring Teddy had to re-load once and thats where the extra $20,000 came from

That was my thinking too. KGB had as much money as he wanted to bring out - it's possible he busted again and bought in for another 20, or maybe slipped down to 10 and reloaded up to 30 to match Mike's stack.

yeh i just assumed he reloaded.. but i'm gonna go with the who cares option.
