Default Running good, would like one lock for the week.

Alright, Im living in Las Vegas, football season starts and I start betting at the sportsbooks. I have actually done well, turning $25 into a nice little amount of money.

All started with the colts win over the giants, then the chargers over the raiders, then the saints over the packers, cowboys over redskins, and jags over Pittsburgh. I have let it ride up to this point and I believe my profit is currently at 370 bucks. Ok, I didnt let it ride on the jags I put $25 down. Anyways I have almost 400 bucks and I feel like gambling it. But like most anyone, I don't want to lose it. If any of ya'll had to bet one NFL game this week for your entire roll, what would it be and why?

I know this goes against all BR mgmt, but Im not in this long term, I just want to make a quick buck and add it to the poker BR.

    1) Put it on red.

    2) Play hard eights

    3) Always double down on 11

    4) Bears (-3) vs Minnesota!!

    or

    5) Take a teaser with the colts and [insert another team that doesnt need 6 points to win].

One Pro line I like (Pinnacle lines):

Carolina (-3) (-102) @ Tampa Bay - Carolina has a decent enough defense, and Tampa Bay looks like they may not be able to score against anyone. The low juice (-102) is nice as well. I might be tempted to buy this one to -2.5 and pay the extra juice.

I also like the under in this game, but I like the spread at -102 better. If you are betting with a B&M sportsbook, you probably can't get juice this low.

    ITS A LOCK
    for the first 3 quarters.

check the injury reports and see if steve smith is back. if he is take carolina layin 3. if not drew carter broke his finger sunday, so colbert will probably get the start and they'll be really thin at wr. but i think kasay can still outscore the bucs by himself

Another game I really like is Boise State -15 vs. Hawaii. I actually like this one much better than the Carolina game.

    - It's @ BSU, where the home team has won 15 straight by an average margin of +31. Hawaii travels poorly, 2-8 in their last 10 road games with an average margin of -22.
    - BSU is predominately a running team, and Hawaii has a suspect run defense.

i've got 3 that i liked off the bat this week. i took:

    Chi -3 at Min
i like Chi right now. They're hot and i'll always ride a winner. No major injuires on Chi but both Min starting receivers may be a little dinged. gotta love the change in philosophy by Childress but won't matter against Chicago's run D. Vikes should have their hands full on both sides of the ball. Bears should bring a reality check to Min.

    Bal -6 at Cle
Both teams are banged up but looks like Baxter is probably out which should benefit either Mason/Clayton. Bal D should dominate all matchups if starters can play. Bal offense should not struggle against Cle D, despite only 2 TDs off 6 Raider TOs last week. Deep Bal backfield dispels any injuries. This should be easy.

    Phi -6 at SF
ultimate choke to the GMen in a game they had in the bag. Losing Kearse is brutal, but not against Niners this week. Niners showing progress (not the worst bay team) but despite depleted Phi CBs, this team is too good to not bounce back big against Niners.

all road teams but no fear.
looks like a couple of other posters to the thread like Chi and Phi as well.

went 3-2 last weekend (meh! my first week of NFL bets). definitely need to pick it up. It's Week 3 now. no excuses. gl Biggie.

60 percent is good if you can keep it up.
