Does anybody else notice/hate this? You are walking down a sidewalk or pathway on the RIGHT hand side, like any normal North American would. Then all of a sudden there is somebody coming down the path the opposite way on their LEFT side. And you either have to move or run into them.

It drives my fucking insane and I get it all the time walking to school from my apartment along the pathway.

So the other day I see this girl about half a mile up, coming down the wrong side of the path. So I decided I was just going to stay course and if she didn't like it she could get fucked.

So I put on my best angry/determined/slightly psychotic face and turn up my music and start walking a bit faster. She gets closer and closer and still isn't moving to the side at all. So we get like 2 steps away and finally she swerves off and has to step in a snowbank and shit to avoid me. Oddly enough she didn't swerve to the open side of the path, she swerved off of it into the snow.

So now this is just my standard approach to dealing with these people. I've done it like 6 times this week. It seems to be pretty effective.

I can't wait for somebody to be stubborn so I can knock their ass off the edge and into the water.
