Simply Ming

i started watching this show on PBS called Simply Ming. i have made a few recipes from his show and they are pretty baller. the guys name is ming sai, and he has a restaurant in boston. almost all his recipes are very easy to follow, and not very hard at all (hence the title). if any of you guys are in to cooking i recommend you try some of his recipes.

what he does is mix east ingredients with west ingredients, and makes several dishes where he combines the two in each episode (e.g. wasabi and avocado, curry powder and vanilla). anyways, check it out.
