Could someone post a list of some common hands that are played AI preflop. I have this http://www.cardplayer.com/poker_odds...be92c2830c6cb# but I'm not sure its totally accurate. Both percentages and ratios would be appreciated. Examples would be:

A dominated hand, eg AK vs A10
A high card vs 2 middle cards, eg A4 vs J7
A high card vs 2 connected cards, eg A4 vs J10
2 high cards vs 2 connected cards, eg AJ vs 78
High PP vs low suited connectors (eg QQ vs 67s)
How much do suited cards make a difference?

Common odds already known:
High PP vs Low PP (eg JJ vs 66)
80% 20% or 4:1

Low PP vs 2 High cards (eg 44 vs A10)
55% 45% or 11:9

Low PP vs 1 High card (eg 88 vs A4)
70% 30% or 2.3:1

You may add any others you feel would be useful and correct any mistakes I may have made.
