Actually, technically we are taxed on this in Canada. If you go to CRA website, they say if you are gambling with the purpose of turning a profit, then it is considered income. It is purely subjective, but they look at how often you are playing to determine if it is with the intent of earning an income. However if you cash out in small amounts, chances of getting caught are very slim. Anything over $10k is automatically reported by the bank
