Do you find that you deal with the emotions of the game better than most? What's the non-playing area of your game that you struggle most with? Fuck, that question's too general and you're gonna say something lame like "I don't have enough minutes in the day" or some crap. Don't be a wuss, though and tell me about your thoughts and feelings and innermost fears.
What's the most compelling argument you've ever heard about something you don't generally give credence to? For God, against hip hop, etc.
What is the most insightful thing you've ever heard from one of your least favorite IRCers? What is the dumbest thing you've ever heard from one of your favorite IRCers?
Yes. There was a girl I was seeing about eight or nine years ago. I stopped seeing her because she had an eating disorder. I said some things to her that, while tame compared to what you might expect, I'm ashamed of. I later went to her wedding, and we are on good terms now.
I haven't played poker in a serious way in a long time, but I'm still self-employed with something I do with my computer, so I'll answer it as if you're asking about my work. My biggest problem is procrastination. I have a specific routine set up to deal with it on a tactical level so that it doesn't influence my productivity as much. However, if I don't start into my routine when I get up in the morning, then I don't get very much done.
I hate 12-step programs for a lot of reasons (including how ineffective they are compared to no treatment), but the first step seems like it's giving up on any concept of personal responsibility. Someone I know once said it's not like they're going to be responsible for shit anyway, so what could it hurt? I thought that was a good point.
The most insightful thing I have ever heard from someone I disliked from IRC was when this kid named Matt, I can't remember his screen name but he didn't stick around long, said something like, "I might be an idiot, but I don't care." He was talking about buying lottery tickets. For the latter, there's a guy I won't name who said he was going to bail a chick he was banging out of jail in a situation that was pretty dumb. He knows it now, and I don't give him nearly as much shit about it as I probably should.

I've said this before, but the FTR thong picture was actually a fake. I found a picture of a guy in a white thong and [badly] copy/pasted an FTR logo onto it. The picture was fuzzy enough that once I scaled it down a bit, it looked legit at first glance. And no, I won't.

Sitting on my ass doing as little as possible to make as much money as possible. And yes, I would like to, but I don't think I would play poker as a profession again at this point.
