Re rape: Are you speaking of rape generally, for the nation as a whole, or your specific state? I know that rape is codified by State statute and iirc it varies pretty widely on a state-by-state basis.

I agree that there are plenty of states that would convict you in those examples. But are they representative of the majority of the States?
