I would sit there and get off.

Yes. Generally speaking, y'all can refer to two or more people. In practical usage, however, it tends to refer to a group of 2-5. If there is a group of 6+, it's usually "all y'all" instead.

Example 1: Y'all can kiss my damn ass.
Example 2: Fuck all y'all.

There's some shit that you're doing instead of doing your work. That shit is a distraction. You need to make it more difficult (or impossible) for that distraction to impact you. For example, I often fuck off on the Internet doing stupid shit whenever I need to be working. I get a whole lot more done whenever I either use a program like Freedom to disable my Internet access for an hour or go to a local coffee shop with shitty wifi. These in-the-moment changes are what I mean by tactical decisions.

As far as a strategic (ie: long term solution) approach goes, there are a lot of things you can do. I'm of the opinion that practicing starting your work is one of the best things that you can do. What I mean by this is practicing starting and doing work for say 10 minutes and then taking a five minute break to do something else. The idea is to literally practice pulling yourself away from distractions to do something that you don't want to do. It's similar to how practicing quitting in poker can help you to quit whenever you're tilting.

Procrastination is not primarily a problem with laziness. It's a problem with anxiety. Here's a good place to read more: http://youarenotsosmart.com/2010/10/27/procrastination/
