That bit about rape is pretty spot on, even in most of the scenarios that spoon mentions there are pretty obvious examples of why laws like that need to be there for the womens protection.
The problem with them though is that, it gets to the point where women can just start abusing it to ruin peoples lives and we all know women are mental bitches that do that type of thing. (Tiny minorities obviously)
