I'm looking over the early lines right now. One bet stuck out to me.

STL +7 (-110) vs. Carolina @ Pinnacle

Olympic just came out with this line as well, but at -6. Now, let's see who's line budges. I bet it's going to be Pinnacle's. Hell, even if you just want to scalp this out, this would be a good line to take.

Ah, the joys of scalping.

So, I essentially have 1 unit on Oakland +10 @ (+106).

How? I put down 5 units at Skybook, using the free half point to get to +10 from their 9.5 (-110). I then sold a point at Pinny, bringing their -9.5 to -10 (+114) for 4 units.

So now I am essentially risking .94 units to win 1. Voila! +106! GO RAIDAS????!

And if anyone wants to know I placed this, it was because of the Pinny lean.

I don't mind it. GB at home, Brady has been shaky the last couple of games, Favre has been looking a little better... those are the reasons against. Still, I think it's a good bet.

No big deal. I love to read write-ups if you have the time, but if not, that's cool too. I think I'm standing pat for today. Indy -1 for 2 units (feeling very nervous), Jets +7 for 1 unit, and a 3-team teaser I placed way too early (SD, Indy & Buffalo).

So I guess Minnesota wasn't that good after all. I was banking on them today. And Detroit sucked against...wah? The Cardinals? I really don't like teh Cardinals at all. No matter what side I'm on, I seem to lose money with them. I've won one bet...by a half point.

Since I had 1 unit at Oakland +10 (+106) and 2 on Oak +8.5 (-110), I'll just take a weighted average, since they both won and are almost the same bet. So that's a 3 unit win at somewhere between -100 and -105. Just thought I'd clarify.

And uh...this week kinda sucked. Two things that I am for are doing well with +money plays and doing well on plays that I put more on. I pretty much failed miserably this week. My bigger bets lost and pretty much all my +money plays lost. Damn...
