Starluck crashing?

Was just playing BJ on Starluck and during a multi-handed hand of BJ (playing 3 hands at $2 a hand each), the software just crashed on me...

This normal.. (hope not heh)? What do I do about this? Can I get this $6 back? I took screenshots of it (noting the time difference with the software frozen)
