I got a buddy who weaseled his way into an IT grunt position at my last company with no experience. Total blue collar guy at heart but he's smart enough to pick up enough tech stuff to setup compuboxes and clean viruses so got the gig. Money is meh/ok but he hates it cuz he's just not in the right field, spends his whole day baked as fuck, waiting to get canned so he'll be forced to become a millwright or something he's better suited for.

I had a bunch of renos done on my place and the electrician we hired took it upon himself to try and wire up the network jack from the cable I'd run to the sockets he installed. He used the f'n phone jack I had laying around instead and I had to re-do the f'n thing myself
