ALL meals should have
vegetables or fruits
AND EITHER
meat
OR
starch/bread
BUT NOT BOTH

Moi:
Breakfast: coffee and OJ
Lunch: Caprese (= tomato, mozarella, basil, and olive oil), a bit of turkey sausage.
Dinner: prolly veggie stir-fry with rice.
