What did I eat today:
BFast 10:30am:
1 bagel w/ cream cheese
3 eggs, scrambled
bowl of some organic chex type cereal w/ skim milk
4oz of OJ + glass of water
Lunch 2:00pm:
Tunafish sandwich on organic wheat, and a couple of extra scoops of tunafish
5 strawberries
glass of water
4pm: Gym
