Tossed and turned in my sleep last night
alright so last night i was having some serious problems falling asleep; I was thinking (and worrying) too far ahead in my life and was getting anxiety and shit. School, bitches, monies. Not poker though, thankfully. Anyways im sure im not alone on this one. For other people the worries might be different but in the end its all the same really. I ended up falling asleep around 4:30 from exhaustion. What do you do when this happens? happy place? work out? count sheep..?
