I wasnt smoking a pack a day, so that probably helped. I think its really different for everyone, so youve just gotta try to find what works for you. Id start out with the non-chemical approaches first though since they are free and wont have any side effects.

gmml people are retarded and companies who produce these things are savvy. I mean the same question could be asked about coffee, soda, alcohol, ect. Sure they have varying degrees of value outside of their addictive properties, but theyre all bad for you and addictive.
