Browser's back button is inferior, because you are left with an unrefreshed subforum. If any new posts have been made while you've been reading a long thread, you won't see them bumped. So you still have to click again to truly nav back to where you were. I guess you can also click "TOP" and then click on community there, which is better than an awkward drop down menu. Also, yeah, it definitely seems narrower. Roughly 50% of my widescreen (one of my monitors is still 4:3!... samsung 204b, the original grind station monitor!) is unused. I'm pretty sure this wasn't the case before... but maybe it is just more apparent because of the different font, line thicknesses, and other small changes playing tricks on the eye. | |

hm yeah good point about refreshing. i guess it's never bothered me using back. i'll see what we can do about the drop down menu, or maybe adding a "back" link that refreshes the subforum. | |
