True. I live in NYC (although I'm a Pats fan) so they have to show the NFL broadcast on local cable here so I got to see it in the comfort of my apartment.

Yeah.. I hate the NFL Network.. it pisses me off fierce.

that was a hell of a game tonight though.

    Waiting in the shadows ...
I'm more pissed that I heard "Brett Farve" around 1253 times than I am at the existence of the NFL network. Even more so that I was still rooting for the Jets.

fml Sage, we'd be a pretty darn good football team if Schaub would stay healthy.

also nothing pisses me off more than the NFL not allowing FOX to show the overtime of the Bengals/Philly game.

It's fucking ridiculous how by the balls the networks/NFL have us.
  16. #16
I also don't blame the ball coach too often but only getting Slaton 14 carries is ridiculous considering how good he looked. Also, constantly putting Green in for your goal line package tilts me like no other.

Look at this and tell me that's not a TD.

PIT scored (covered with it), then the refs review it forever and take the TD off the board.

OMG. I've always thought that people were stupid for thinking the NFL was rigged, but WOW, this is hard to defend as not a TD.

Seriously? I mean, really? That looks like some seriously shady shit there. (line was Pit -4)

if it helps, I think the rule is that you can't advance the ball on a kickoff (happened to VT may be a difference in the rules with the NLF though)

you'd have to see where all the action on the game was to have real conspiracy theory

Either way, we should ban online poker b/c then the NFL/NBA wouldn't have any problems like this.

On an other note, TO NEEDS TO SHUT THE FUCK UP WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOU CAME UP BIG YOU PIECE OF SHIT.

Public was on PIt at about a 2:1 clip in terms of number of bets, to help give info.

Yeah that was clearly a TD. I believe the NFL acknowledged this was a mistake but said they will not change the score now which is ridiculous.

when has a score in any professional sports league ever been changed after the game due to a blown call or misinterpretation of the rules that happened during the game?

The TD clearly should have never came off the board, but you don't change it now.

No, I didn't have any money on the game.
  27. #27
The score happened with zero time left so any ruling came when the game was over anyway. So essentially they DID alter the score after the fact and they did so incorrectly so I don't think it would be out of the question to change it back but oh well I guess.

Looking at their schedule it seems safe to assume the Titans will be 14-0 coming into their week 16/17 matchups at home vs Pitt and on the road in Indy.

This team has a legit shot of going 16-0, yet they're still getting very little love. WHAT GIVES FTR?

Indy will probably be fighting for a playoff spot going into the last game of the season, but Pitt will probably have it all wrapped by then.
So I imagine that Indy is the biggest threat to their season at this point

    That and hubris.

    So, Vince Young is done?

I wonder when they will actually start lowering rookie salaries until the damn rookie actually proves himself worthy, not just by shining in the combine

browns are poised to become the first team in nfl history to lose (3) straight games in which they lead by at least 13 in each of them.

barring a miracle (a comeback win by the browns should easily be classified as a miracle)
