harry takes the lead~~!
the salty version of gefilte fish is so fucking good, theres a sweet style thats gross though. My granddad used to make it every christmas, and now my grandma makes it.

My grandad was polish and so I grew up eating a fair amount of polish food. Some people find things like kraut really disgusting, I love it. I also really like jamaican food, a lot of the stuff they eat is too gross for me, but Ive grown to really like oxtail. This past thanksgiving I spent at a family freinds house whos jamaican, he owned two restaurants in jamaica. He cooked this soup that is basically just a stock with sparse amounts of vegies. The stock is made of goats head and balls. It was very good, supposed to have similar side effects as ginseng.
