Learn ENGLISH or expect to miss out sometimes. This is the problem with immigrants now ( or at least the PC liberal crowd that supports everything about illegal immagration ). We need to help them. When people were giving up everything to come to this country they knew they needed to learn English, AND WANTED TO. Now, WE need to start speaking spanish. Its BS, plain and simple.
I agree with you to an extent, but really, it's attacking the symptoms and not the real problem.

The problem is grossly excessive illegal immigration.
