Default Whats the pick for MNF

OK, what does everyone think, who is the best choice, Im looking for one team out of the 4 playing tomorrow night, the current lines Im looking at are:

    Charges -3(even)
    Raiders +3 (-120)
    o/u 43 (-110)

    Vikings +4.5 (-110)
    Redskings -4.5 (-110)
    o/u 35.5 (-110)

Alright, looks like 6 possible bets and I want to know your ideas on the best one. I really like taking the over in the Vikes/Skins matchup. Seems to me the oddsmakers are placing too much on the Skins lack of production in the preseason. Anyways, whatd yall think?

I already have a bet down on the Chargers. I think they'll blow away the Raiders.

But hey...what do I know? I got killed this weekend...

I like San Diego a lot. I'm not laying anything on the Skins/Vikings game but that O/U line does look low. Still, with Brunell and Brad Johnson QB'ing and Portis injured, I'm staying away from that one too.

I really like the Chargers. I was thoroughly impressed with Philip Rivers coming out of college. Even though this is his first regular season start, this is his 3rd year in the league and I think he's going to suprise a lot of people. I'm taking them at -3 (+105).

Rivers has a lot of talent around him. Raiders D is not scary.

    I don't like the rest

week 1 bets are the toughest. lots of ???? with all 4 teams tonite. Chargers would be the least volatile of the bunch, but Rivers starting his 1st pro game in the black hole on Mon. nite is definitely a variable. If the Raiders win a game against the division this yr, tonite is probably their best opportunity. assuming Brooks throws the ball in the right direction, Chargers secondary should have problems with the size/speed of the Raider receivers. Chargers front 7 is very solid despite Phillips replacing Foley, which should stifle Jordan, on the ground anyways. can the Raiders setup the play-action? is Rivers the next Roethlisberger? he may be, but i don't see it tonite. crazy ass weekend. gl y'all

I always thought Rivers was a much better prospect that Rothlisberger. Rivers hasn't had the chance to prove himself yet though. Hopefully he'll come out strong tonight.

chargers d is going to stuff lamont. i would be really surprised if he got over 50 yards rushing. its gonna be on the chargers db's covering moss and porter. rivers should be ready, he's already played the bears and seahawks defense in preseason and looked pretty good.

wow....owned. hows 8 sacks and 3 by merriman. complete disaster by the raiders. they'll easily go 0-16 if they play like that every sunday
