    I think it is a trick - they claim to be healthy, but a foot long sub made from white sweetened bread, with crappy meats/cheeses is just terrible for you. And the sauces will be made with cheap oils and more sugar.

    A bit of lettuce, tomatoes etc ain't gonna change the fact is shit food.

    Same here, but we do get a lot of old shredded iceberg lettuce. That crap lettuce is one of the reasons I've basically moved on to Jersey Mikes, Bear Rock, etc.

    subway meat is just terrible for the most part soooo...

    veggie on italian herbs & cheese. toasted with white cheddar & onions on it, then all veggies and either:

    mustard mayo subsauce
    OR
    chipolte + hotsauce

    fuk I want one right now

    I get this almost exact sandwich 100% of the time I go to Subway, minus the tomatoes on either white or monterrey cheddar.

    IMO Quizno's Italian sub is better than Subway's and Jimmy Johns #5 "Vito" add peppers shits on all of them.
