I'm trying to shave some fat too. I went from 160 to 151.5 lbs over the last 1.5 months doing basically cardio w/ abs and push-ups. After a month or two, I'll upgrade to lifting where I would hope to start putting muscle weight back on.
My drinking is the most difficult part - I've cut out fatty foods, I've cut down on my carbs, I mostly eat low-fat protein dishes. I've even switched from Samuel Adams to Coors Light. But now I pour a shot of vodka in my Coors Light.
Rilla, that's pretty awesome you dropped that much. You're only a 200lb Gorilla now. I'm a rhesus monkey with a blue helmet.
