Big deal. Sure, its messed up she got off easy but go back, fire who you have to fire, and fix the problem so you don't set a precedent.

I was trying to watch the news to maybe hear about oh I dunono...unimportant stuff like the G8 conference, taxes, AIDS, TB outbreaks. But all I get is people bitching about Paris Hilton for at least 3 hours straight - I'm not exaggerating.

And on top of all that, the news freaked out for at least 30 mintes while I was watching when Nicole Richie answered Letterman's question about possible jailtime with an embarassed little half-laugh.

This all disgusts me. It makes me hate someone, but I'm not sure who. Maybe the news, or the general public...i dunno.
