Check the CON Player's Club, the deals are listed in advance, and the promotion times correspond to the clock also listed in the player's club. There is usually one for $30, 300WR, and one for 10% upto $100 or $200, 20xB WR. Firepay has a $1000 transaction limit, so to get the $200 bonus, you make two deposits during the promotion period.
