You can also safely use Epassporte, Firepay, .... really anything BUT Neteller here.
BTW, those of you looking for the way to cheaply load your EPassporte account for the PSkin EPASS bonuses, you can deposit at CON, and w/d to ePass -- voila! Cheap load. And if you play through your deposit, you may actually get a side bonus.
