Posts on a forum on one thing. Purposefully attempting to undermine a work of business is another. All reviews on Amazon.com require a "Real Name" from the reviewer. The reviews above are not legitimate reviews and are meant to impune my reputation in the public square and undermine my standing in the community. I have asked Amazon.com to remove these reviews. I have asked Flopturnriver.com to remove any posts that attempt to encourage others to copy this actionable behaviors. I am asking the people who posted these reviews to go and remove them immediately. Thank you.
If you're unsure of the meaning of slander or libel, here it is:
slander :
A type of defamation. Slander is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the person's reputation or standing in the community. Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement. libel:
a written or oral defamatory statement or representation that conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression b (1): a statement or representation published without just cause and tending to expose another to public contempt (2): defamation of a person by written or representational means
Please recognize the difference between "flaming" somone on a forum and defaming somone.
sections of the book were posted on this forum at one point or another. Have fun proving that they didnt read sections of the book before commenting.
