WTF is this Players vs. WPT Lawsuit?

They don't like that WPT wants to have the right to use their name and pictures to promote whatever product they want, they don't like the final table structures and they don't like that casinos holding WPT events are not allowed to hold other big tournaments. This is what it's about as far as I know, but just google it I'm sure you'll find some good articles, lots of poker lawsuits these days.
