	They're actually incredibly strict with this and will report even the smallest mistakes, intentional or not.  It's hard to classify intentional in a lot of circumstances.  Getting kicked out of school is another thing.  It would have to be pretty blatant for that.

IMO, you're lucky she "let it slide."  In the few cases I've seen, students have failed the paper as a warning and repeated cases end in class failure and academic probation.
