If you set security too high you start getting problems with sites (cookies, etc) and have to add in trusted sites, etc as you go. I just use the medium setting and use my adaware to block and get rid of suspect cookies and other malware.
this is what i have problems with.
i'm a network security engineer for first data, which all of my users use internet explorer, its the biggest piece of sitting duck swiss cheese available.
if you want to keep your computer safe, you have to start using something else like mozilla firefox. Internet explorer is riddle with alot of holes .. it allows pages to automatically install software on your system..
it makes me mad to no end why people insist on using such shotty software.
