$250 Private Freeroll at Mansion Poker, November 28th

I've signed up via the links but can't sign up for the freeroll and Mansion have redirected me to FTR, just wondered if you had any idea how I could register for this? Here's a transcript of the chat...

Me: Great thanks, actually I could use some help, i just tried to register for the freeroll but it said an error occured to contact support

Me: but it says an error occured when i try to register

Alisa: May I also ask for the exact website link where you got the bonus code you entered in your account registration from?

Me: Thank you. I have checked on the freeroll and its sponsored by that website. They are the ones that have access to that tourney and you need to contact them regarding why you cant join. I do confirm that your account is linked with that website though.

Me: As Online Support of Mansion Poker, I do not have access to their sponsored freeroll

I also got some messages from other people saying they weren't able to register. Was anyone able to register for this freeroll? If not, our affiliate tracker might not have been added to the entry list. I will check on this.
