Well that was fun. Finally I accessed my FTP account. The problem was that I sent the password request to my pokerstars email address, which in turn flagged up an OngBonga FTP account which I had totally forgotten about and dates back to pre BF. The ong account has been closed and my current account remains in good standing, which is awesome because they could've been arseholes and punished me for an innocent mistake, and I'd have lost $100.
