You are able to receive 32%, yes. In March 2007, the rates went to:

$1 - $500 = 30% rakeback
$501 - $1,000 = 32% rakeback
$1,001+ = 35% rakeback

Also, the bonus code is listed on the bonus code page on Sunpoker.com and is updated monthly. You must enter this code in the cashier in order to receive your bonus.
