2 Issues that I am having

1. When I try to post a link or picture I get this message "You are not allowed to use URL bbcode." and the same thing with an IMG code

2. My post count has been at 4 for an extremely long time and I can't figure out why?

1.) You need more 10 or 15 posts to post an image

2.) Posts in FTR Community don't raise your post count
