Anti-spam filter needed

This is like the third time that a spammer has come to FTR and posted their trash in every single forum. Can you guys set up an anti-spam system that stops people from posting too much too quickly? Something like 1 post per minute and 5 per 10 minutes? I don't know what the numbers should be but it'd be nice to keep these idiots out.
