Bonus Code not working on Carbon?

Hi guys,

So I registered on Carbon poker using your site's link and everything and it went fine. Except when I tried to deposit it said I was not eligible for the FTR bonus code and my deposit failed.

Any ideas on how to resolve this.
I want to make sure I qualify for your events there.

what error were you given when trying to use the FTR code? There are so many things that could be wrong here.. if you prefer you can also contact me via email instead of in this post - givememylegflopturnriver.com

you are very right. There are quite a few things.
I've been talking to their support and I'm almost positive it's my address cointaining comma's, and me being unable to put any in their system.
Still waiting for a confirmation on that and what to do.

Or maybe not for the bin after all.
Kept getting You are not eligible for the FTR deposit bonus error.
Worked with Carbon, even spoke to my bank as I was able to deposit on other sites, buy a certain piece of poker software with the card ect.
So I decided to deposit without the code and it worked.
So now I ask them if I'm tracked as a flopturnriver.com player and they say, please contact flopturnriver.com for assistance with this.
