Hand converter UB problem

I tried searching the forums and can't find an answer. I'm sure it is something obvious but every time I put a hand from UB into the hand converter it gives the error:

"Error: Failed to parse game header"

Any ideas? Thanks.

Yeah, I just had a problem too, trying to convert Stars hand. I got:
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /converter2/converter.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
