Introduction Section

Hello.

I'm new to the site,and have been trying to figure out more about it in a short time here.I wanted to create an introduction,but I noticed you do not have a section devoted to new member introductions. I may be wrong,of course,as I am new to this site.But it could be a positive to look into this?
